Li Yun (IEEE Fellow) holds a bachelor’s degree from Sichuan University in Chengdu, a master’s degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in Chengdu, and a doctorate from the University of Glasgow Strathclyde in the UK. In 1989, he served as a control engineer at the National Engineering Laboratory in Glasgow, UK. In 1990, he served as a postdoctoral research engineer at Glasgow Industrial Systems and Controls LTD. From 1991 to 2018, he served as a lecturer, senior lecturer and professor at the University of Glasgow. He is currently a professor at the UESTC Shenzhen Advanced Research Institute in Shenzhen, China. Since 1991, his research interest has been computational artificial intelligence and its applications. He has written or co-authored 270 articles, and one of them has been the most popular article of the month since its publication in IEEE Transactions on Control System Technology. Professor Li Yun, as a distinguished talent professor at the Institute for Advanced Studies of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (Shenzhen), a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE Fellow) and the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), and a member of the “Top 2% Scientists in the World”, has been nominated as a member of Sigma Xi. Currently serving as the IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems and IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Associate editor of two top international journals in Intelligence. He once served as the founding director of the “Industry 4.0 Artificial Intelligence Laboratory” in Dongguan City as a short-term overseas expert under the “Pearl River Talent Program”, and later as the technical director and non-executive director of i4AI Company in London, UK. |

Xiuxian Li is a professor with State Key Laboratory of Intelligent Autonomous Systems, College of Electronic and Information Engineering, and Shanghai Research Institute for Intelligent Autonomous Systems, Tongji University, Shanghai, China. His research interests include distributed control and optimization, game theory, and autonomous vehicles. He is in the best paper recipient of IEEE ICCA 2025, etc. He is an associate editor of IEEE Open Journal of Control Systems. He is a member of the Technical Committee on Control Theory of Chinese Association of Automation, and a senior member of CAA, CICC and IEEE. |

| Prof. Li Zhan, Southwest Jiaotong University, China |
Zhan Li received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in automation and communication and information systems from Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China, in 2005 and 2009, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in robotics from University of Montpellier and INRIA, Occitanie, France, in 2014. He is currently a Professor with the Institute of Smart City and Intelligent Transportation (ISICT), Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China. Before joining Southwest Jiaotong University, he was a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at Swansea University, Wales, U.K. His research interests include kinematic control of robots, neural networks, computational intelligence, rehabilitation engineering. He is currently serving as Associate Editors on many international journals. He has published over 90 papers including IEEE TNNLS, TSMCA, TII and so on. |

Xingsi Xue received the PH.D. degree from Xidian University, China, in 2014. He was a post-doc fellow at School of Engineering and Computer Science, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, in 2022 and 2023. Currently, he is a Researcher (Natural Science Research) in the School of Computer Science and Mathematics, Fujian University of Technology. His current research interests include Intelligent Computation, Machine Learning and Big Data technique. He has published over 250 research papers in refereed journals and conferences. He is an IEEE Senior Member and an ACM Member. |
